November 21st - Date night with Roxie to go see "Twilight".

November 22nd - It was a donuts kind of morning.

November 23rd - Yummy, yummy, yummy milk!! But it has 290 calories per cup, so I don't think we'll be buying it again. *lol* But it was a nice one time treat!

November 24th - I just couldn't resist buying this ornament from work!

November 25th - Making the drive to Tulsa, while reading New Moon, of course.

November 26th - Thanksgiving in the country with Mike's family.

November 27th - Thanksgiving with my whole fam.

November 14th - Studying into the early hours of the morning for Western Civ with Mike and Kris.

November 15th - Making s'mores outside!

November 16th - Another meeting night at work where we have a potluck. I made Cream Cheese Bacon Crescents this time.

November 17th - I have finally gotten around to reading the second book in the "Twilight" series.

November 18th - I love my Pink coffee!

November 19th - I thought my apples were lots of pretty different colors.

November 20th - I cut the heel of my foot with a toenail on the other foot. Gross, I know.

Project 365 #40

November 7th - We were excited to be spending $100 of someone else's money at Bed Bath & Beyond! It was a wedding present, but when it comes late it kinda feels like a "just because" present and makes it all that much more fun!

November 8th - This is about all I've been staring at for the past week.

November 9th - I had very interesting "sleep lines" after I woke up from my Sunday afternoon nap.

November 10th - They're already setting up for Santa Claus at the mall.

November 11th - And I'm already buying our stockings and some ornaments.

November 12th - I'm really enjoying my holiday tea!

November 13th - Mike and I (and Matt) at Kappa Banquet.

October 31st - I have a nephew!! Solomon Tandy Jayhawk Priest.

November 1st - Proud Daddy showing off his KU boy!

November 2nd - This was a pretty good deal when we bought our TV. I was really excited about it.

November 3rd - My Hubby brought this home to me, since I was the sick girl, after he bravely did the grocery shopping for the week all by himself.

November 4th - I did my part, and got free coffee for doing so.

November 5th - Fall is just too pretty to not take pictures of.

November 6th - My cutie patootie niece Ethne apparently wanted to talk to me so her Daddy called me for her. We had a nice 5 minute conversation where she filled me in on everything everyone in the house was doing, and being sure to let me know that she couldn't have any almonds since they were all gone because Daddy ate them all. *lol*

The Election

I am not by any means a deep-thinking, eloquent-speaking person, but here are my simple thoughts on the election...

Well, it's all over now. Barack Obama will be our next President of the United States of America. How do I feel about that? Just fine. Who did I vote for? Not saying. I'm just glad that I got to be part of such a historical election, especially as my first presidential election to take part in. But really, it does not matter who I voted for. All that matters is that God is in full control and, as a Christian, I will fully support Barack Obama as our new President and will continually pray for him and our country. And that's all I know about that.

My first nephew!!

My handsome, handsome nephew made it into the world at 8:03 am on October 31st. He weighed 7 lbs., 0 oz. and was 20" long. I completely adore him, of course! It is so fun to see my brother and sister-in-law continually growing in their family.
